Everva supplies and installs European aluminum window and door systems across North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Small, founder-operated, based in Asheville.
One company, start to finish
Most window packages pass through several hands before they reach a job site — an importer, then a distributor, then a dealer, then whoever installs them. Every hand-off is a place where responsibility can be passed along.
Everva quotes the project, places the fabrication order, delivers it, installs it, and carries the warranty. There is nobody to escalate to and nobody to point at. One contract, one point of contact, one company answering for the outcome.
Everva is founded and run by a licensed North Carolina general contractor. It is the reason one company can price the product and stand behind the installation — the quote is written by someone who has built the detail, not only supplied the part.
That is also why support is local rather than logistical. Replacement parts are stocked in North Carolina and glass is cut at a North Carolina plant, so a problem on site is a scheduling question rather than a shipping one.

We are the warranty
You buy from Everva in North Carolina, not from a factory overseas. Every claim is handled by our team here.
10-year product warranty
Manufacturing and material defects, regardless of who installs. If a product fails we replace it free of charge and handle the manufacturer claim ourselves.
5 years Everva support
When Everva installs: hardware adjustments, fine-tuning and minor repairs not related to product failure. Some service may carry a fee.
Not covered
Physical damage, misuse or abuse, normal wear and tear. Where others install, we are not responsible for installation issues — the 10-year product warranty still applies.

Local inventory
Replacement parts held in North Carolina
Glass is cut locally. We work with a North Carolina glass plant for replacement insulated units, so a broken pane during construction does not mean waiting on a container.

60/40, or 50/40/10 on larger orders
We do not carry stock. Every system is cut to your openings, which is why lead time is ten to fourteen weeks rather than a week off a shelf.
We are not the cheapest aluminum on the market, and we do not try to be. What we sell is a system engineered to a specification, installed by the people who quoted it, and backed by a warranty that does not require a phone call to another continent.
If that is not what your project needs, we would rather tell you early than take the deposit.
