Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Everva collects when you contact us or use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we keep it accurate. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
1. Who we are
Everva supplies and installs European aluminum window and door systems. We are based in Asheville, North Carolina and work across North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
This policy covers evervawindows.com, any landing pages we run, and the inquiries you send us directly. Everva is the controller of the information described here.

We do not take payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health, biometric or financial account data.
3. How we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to you and to carry out work you ask us to do. That is the whole purpose. Specifically:
To reply to your inquiry
To prepare pricing, drawings and specifications for your project
To schedule field measurement, delivery and installation
To provide warranty service and support after installation
To keep the business and tax records we are required to keep
We do not use your contact details to send marketing or promotional messages.
If we ever want to, we will ask you first, separately, and you can decline without it affecting anything else.
4. Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry and your project.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies and depends on your project.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
Agreeing to calls or texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing us.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or give it to other companies for their own marketing.
We share information only in these limited cases:
Service providers who help us operate — website hosting, form delivery, email, and the software we use to track inquiries. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
Fabrication and logistics, where your project requires it — for example, sending dimensions and specifications so your systems can be made, or an address so they can be delivered. We share what the work requires and nothing more.
When the law requires it — in response to a valid legal request, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. Advertising and cookies
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel on some of our pages. The pixel records that a visit or an inquiry happened and reports it back to Meta so we can measure whether our advertising is working. Meta may connect this with your Meta account and use it under its own privacy policy.
This is browsing and conversion data. It is separate from the contact details you submit to us, which are covered by section 5 above.
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your choices, and measure traffic. You can control this:

Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
Turn on Global Privacy Control, which most major browsers support
7. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects — up to three years, then deleted.
Projects — for the length of the warranty plus seven years, because we have to be able to service what we sold you.
Tax and accounting records — for as long as the law requires.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See section 8.
8. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
Tell you what information we hold about you
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete your information
Stop contacting you
Email julian@evervaconstruction.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking will never affect how we treat you as a customer.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and any authority we are required to notify.
10. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged clearly on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
